Adult Ministries

 Adult Ministries at Real Life Community Church is the organization within the local church that is assigned the task of carrying out the church's mission to adults. Adult ministries gives special attention to the needs of men and women ages 24 and older.

At Real Life, we are espeically concentrating of the ministry of:

  • NURTURING. We are helping our adults to grow in spiritual maturity; in becoming more like Christ each day of their journey.
  • FELLOWSHIP.
    • Our fellowship goal emphasizes mutual support and encouragement amongst our community.
  • OUTREACH.
    • Included in this area are evangelism and ministry both inside and outside the church. This component is vital to our church as we find ways to put our faith into action, fulfilling the words of the Great Commission. (Matthew 28:18)

At Real Life, we offer the following ministries for all adults:
  • Men's Ministries: Prayer with the Pastor, Promise Keepers, District Men's Fall Retreat, Lay Retreat, Wednesday Prayer Session.
  • Women's Ministries: Wednesday Prayer Session, District Women's Retreat, Lay Retreat
  • Prime Time Ministries: Senior Adult Ministries, Olivet Days, Lay Retreat, Wednesday Prayer Session, Special Outings
  • CLT - Continuing Lay Training: This is course work that can be taken by the layman. They can receive certification in a variety of educational areas. The topics range from Children's, Youth, and Adult Workers Certificates to Recovery Programs, Women's Ministries, Compassionate Ministries and Leadership Certificates.
